 The find loads department is responsible for finding loads from customers to take to the company's various terminals. The department is comprised of two teams, Finders and Loaders. Finders are responsible for contacting new customers and developing a good business relationship with them. Loads are then assigned to Loaders who load the freight onto our trailers and prepare it for delivery.

1. Develop a schedule for the day, including any breaks and lunch, which maximizes productivity, while being realistic about individual energy levels.
2. Monitor and adjust the schedule during the day, as needed.
3. Communicate with team members about their tasks and when they need to be completed by.
4. Track progress of team members’ tasks throughout the day in order to adjust their workloads as needed.
